What we collect, how we use it, and how text message consent works.
Effective September 29, 2026. This policy explains what Palm Sliding Doors ("we", "us") collects when you use palmslidingdoors.com, call or text us, or book a service, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, service address and what is wrong with your door.
- Call and text records on our business lines, including recordings of calls to our service numbers, used for quality, training and scheduling.
- Website usage data collected by Google Analytics and our lead tracking, such as pages viewed, the number you saw on the page and the ad or search that brought you here.
How we use it
- To answer your request, schedule and perform the work, send quotes and invoices, and follow up on your job.
- To send you text messages about your service request, such as appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates and follow-ups, only if you have asked us to.
- To improve our website and advertising.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using our services. You can always reach us by phone or email instead.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for service providers that help us deliver messages and only for that purpose.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our phone and text provider, our scheduling and lead tracking system, our payment processor and, for permitted work, the local building department. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We keep job records for as long as needed to honor our warranty and meet legal requirements. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
